Saveurs valdôtains is a cooperative, set up in 2013 to deal with several types of business, but mostly the production and sale of food products from the Valle d’Aosta, and promoting local territoriality.

The following are some of our products:

• fruit juices
• jams and marmalades
• chestnut jams
• matured cheeses
• beuro colo (local butter)
• fondue• Valle d’Aosta crêpes
• dried apples
• seupa valpellinentze (local casserole)
• dnenevra (local speciality)
• corn-flour flavoured with mountain herbs and cep mushrooms
  
• chestnuts with honey, au naturel or steamed
• wild fruits in syrup
• Valle d’Aosta ragout

Our cooperative was set up on the basis of the professional skills of people who had worked in the tourist industry or their own companies, such as the Fromagerie du Grand Combin (where the original partners had worked for ten years).
